I put this video together for you because I have been dealing with knee pain from a torn medial meniscus for the past year. Literally . . . like this coming Saturday is my “anniversary,” and I have done a lot of things to get relief.
The stretches that I demonstrate on this video have done the most to help me manage the pain. Still can’t run . . . but I can do everything else without pain.
